What can I do if my credit card is being used fraudulently?

If you think someone you don't know has got hold of your personal details and has used them to access your account, you are possibly a victim of identity theft. This is fraud. You may not have to pay for anything bought on the card so report it to credit card company straight away. Also keep a record of all conversations you have with them and copies of all letters sent or received. Report the matter to the police, and get a crime reference number.
